I am very pleased to have contributed to such an important project as the “Basic Course on Equal Treatment” of the Federal Ministry for Arts, Culture, Public Service and Sport (bmkoes). For this e-learning program, I was able to design both the concept and illustrations and graphics for the presentation, as well as two explanatory videos that convey central themes around equal treatment and discrimination in an understandable and illustrative way.

Trailer for the e-learning “Basic Course on Equal Treatment”
In the first video, we ask the important question: What kind of society do we want to live in? Discrimination based on age, religion, origin, gender, sexual orientation, or disability affects many people and harms society as a whole. The video emphasizes how important respect, dignity, and recognition are for a good coexistence in the workplace and highlights the measurable benefits of equal treatment – from better collaboration to higher satisfaction and health in the workplace.
Equal Treatment and Identity

The second video encourages reflection on roles and identities. Every person belongs to different groups and takes on various roles in society. While some roles offer advantages associated with societal norms, others lead to disadvantages. The videos invite viewers to become aware of their own position in society and to recognize discrimination.
For me, it was a great experience to support this important topic with my creative work and to work in such a fantastic team. A big thank you once again to Monika Ritter, Sara Soltani, and Flora Alvarado-Dupuy. Implementing a project of this magnitude requires a lot of coordination, content quality assurance, targeted creativity, and time management - all of which, along with a high motivation for the topic and always a relaxed, cheerful, and productive atmosphere, you brought with you. It was truly a pleasure to work with you on this large project.
I hope the visualizations not only enhance and make the content more memorable but also motivate learners to actively and sustainably engage with equal treatment. I am proud to have contributed to making this topic accessible and tangible for many people and hope you enjoy the videos.
