Since the beginning of 2019, I have been summarizing the latest research findings as comics for the Marketing Department of the Vienna University of Economics and Business. This not only provides the department with images for the papers to be published but also offers a vivid and entertaining summary for teaching, communication on the website, as well as presentations at trade fairs and conferences. By now, a quite nice collection has been created.
Here you will find three examples of the 3-panel comics published in 2022, in which we explore the question of what possibilities exist to analyze “Customer Journeys,” why unique products are a double-edged sword, and how to turn customers into fans.
