Introduction of ARE URBNIQ
I am very pleased to present my latest project: an explanatory video that I created for Austrian Real Estate (ARE)! ARE is one of the largest real estate companies in Austria and manages an impressive number of buildings and properties. Their approach to revitalizing and enhancing urban spaces in the long term has been further strengthened by the initiative ARE URBANIQ – and I had the exciting task of visually implementing this.
In the video, we take viewers on a journey through the world of ARE and show how the company creates long-term quality of life through innovative urban development and proactive asset management. The focus is particularly on ARE URBANIQ, which specializes in revitalizing ground floor zones. These zones are more than just commercially used spaces – they are vibrant places for mobility, education, art, culture, technology, and much more. They make urban spaces more livable for people and promote economic growth as well as social interaction.
The challenge of this project was to present the versatility and complexity of the services of ARE URBANIQ in an engaging, easily understandable format. I wanted to ensure that viewers not only understand the core message but are also inspired by the new living spaces that ARE URBANIQ creates. I am proud to contribute to clearly and vividly conveying the vision and mission of ARE URBANIQ with this explanatory video. Because in the end, it’s about more than just real estate – it’s about creating spaces for people and shaping a sustainable future.
